Just a few tips to avoid trouble (much more to follow)

I want to mention a few things that might help you avoid a mugging or a punch-out: (A) Avoid using the bathrooms right next to the main entrance to a casino/dept. store! One time in Vegas, I was using this very Men's Room and 2 "clowns" came in and immediately separated such that I was bracketed between them. This is never a good sign; they are trying to surround you to set up a mugging! They tried to distract/intimidate me with a "hot" interview: saying I "stunk up" the place (it was a bathroom LOL) to see how I would react to a nasty remark. I countered by saying NOTHING...placed my back to the wall...assumed a balanced, centered stance...shot them a feral look as I slipped a "fist load" from my pocket AND....MAGIC...those 2 "Bozos" melted away & I was alone again with my thoughts! JOY The point being it would have been easy for them to mug me & ESCAPE out that front door only a few feet away! Use a rest room deep in the bowels of the casino/store and it will be harder for them to run out of the place without being caught! Casinos have rows of slots everywhere, hard to avoid bumping into them. LOL Dept. stores set up counters the same way to "block" shoplifters from a fast exit!...............(B) Watch out for that "hot" interview: Punks usually need to "woof" up some courage prior to attacking you: they do this by insulting/ threatening you to make you upset & set you up for the assault! Once,while walking my chihuahua, a car full of "wannabe's" pulled up and let loose with some insults to rattle me: my counter was to SAY NOTHING...face them with a relaxed, balanced stance...retrieve my ASP-baton from my fanny pack...and send them a look as if to say:"Great, time for batting practice"! The car sped away real quick-like! LOL Punks and bullies want to "beat you up" without actually fighting you...project relaxed, balanced, centered strength back to them and they will generally bugger off! There ARE lots of easier people to mess with out there then you will be when you act in this manner. Good day & Blessings to whoever reads this blog!
